The following information is pulled directly from the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA).
Cannabis Laboratories were required to submit validation study data for four testing parameters [to the WSDA] to ensure they came into compliance with the standards set forth in WAC 16-309 and WAC 16-310 by the deadline, January 1st 2025. Below is the status of each laboratories submissions. “Approved” means that a laboratory has submitted satisfactory data that has demonstrated their compliance with the updated standard. “Under Review” means that the laboratory submitted data for a given parameter, but still needs to correct some components to come into compliance. “Not Applicable” means that the laboratory was not accredited for that parameter and does not plan to be at this time. “No data” means that the laboratory missed the submission deadline and has not yet provided data for a given parameter. Laboratories that do not bring parameters into “approved” status may be at risk for revocation.
